ServiceM8 is a cloud based management solution with capabilities to enable any service based businesses to manage quotes/estimates, scheduling, invoicing, maintenance schedules, safety reports, inspection reports and much more from a PC, iPad or iPhone.

ServiceM8 is designed to be used by everyone in your business from Management, to Office Staff and Field Staff. It is simple to use and can be customized to suit your business needs.
Eliminate time wasted by constantly calling field staff to see where they are and when to schedule in jobs. All this can be done on your PC, iPad and iPhone and notifications are sent to Field Staff’s iPhone or iPad showing their schedules have changed. Jobs can be completed onsite instead of at the end of the day. The tracking system will allow you to allocate any urgent jobs to the nearest person making your business more efficient by delivering a faster service to your clients.
The job diary keeps a record of the clients details, allows you to attach notes, upload any type of file, image, quote or any other relevant information to ensure all staff are kept up to date.
ServiceM8 is not an accounting program but ensures you get paid for each job either instantly through Stripe or raising an invoice in your accounting package and integrates with Xero, Quickbooks Online and MYOB.
There are add-ons which are modules for ServiceM8 that can automate recurring jobs, shows job costing, systemise both compliance and processes in your business by creating customised forms, send and receive work orders from other ServiceM8 users, online booking forms, partial or progressive invoicing, booking reminders, mailchimp, customer feed back and much more!!
